here is the tii clock. I thought that it was broken but it appears that there is just a loose connection, as i twisted it and pushed it in, and now it is keeping time.

interior shots of console. There is a modern (late 90's Nakamichi unit, removeable faceplate, with amp under drivers seat) radio, the oil pressure gauge and voltmeter, and above that is the valentine one remote unit. Basically I left it like this for the new owner to decide what sort of center console unit they want, how many gauges etc. A center console plate from Parker Performance, is about $85 and up, depending upon if you want them to supply gauges etc.

Here is a BMW blaupunkt radio that I have. Its missing the know on the left, and is apparently working. That is how i bought it. The 2 blue BMW manuals are the factory work manuals.

I was asked about compression figures, info I had when I bought it. I looked at the documents that I have from purchase. Regarding the seats, the Recaro's are from 320i, I believe.

Mike Brown (mechanic in LA) replaced injection pump with one of his own that was rebuilt ... never a problem or issue since.
When he looked at it, he described the rust as follows "rust blisters on rear windshield bottom (bad), rust at both rockers, rust at front apron bottom. Rear quarter panel behind door changed, floor pan and frame rails are clean and straight"
Clutch was slipping --- Mike Brown fixed that.
Battery was in trunk with strut brace. Positive cable was wire-tied to fuel feed pipe -- "dangerous" as Mike described it. He took care of that. Urethane bushings and bilstein shocks.
I had an accident with it before I had the work done in Baltimore. Icy roads, was turning a corner, and i slid up over footpath onto grass and into shrubs/row of baby christmas trees. Car basically was fine. Only damage was to rims of wheel (from hitting footpath - they were 320 rims) and nose are where rust was. Frame was fine. This was right before Mike Hannigan picked it up for paint. He took in in Mar 2007 or so, and had it for maybe a year almost.
The seats are ok. The upholstery job was so-so, and they have heating pads in them (Mike Hannigan suggested them as my wife liked heated seats in our other truck, a landrover).
That is about all that I can think of.
